We hope you will be pleased with your RAPPU purchase, but if not we accept returns of unused wraps within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund. 

Exchanges

We will exchange unused wraps within 30 days of purchase. Postage for your exchange is free.

Refunds

All RAPPU wraps are hand made with care. We give each wrap a thorough check before it is sent out, but occasionally the odd quirk might slip through. If you are not happy with a wrap, please contact us with your feedback and to discuss a full refund.

Re-hemming

Nothing lasts forever. If your wrap is getting a bit dog eared, you can return it to us and we will re-hem it for no charge, postage costs only. This will, of course, very slightly reduce the size of your wrap. Click here to use our re-hemming service.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Need your wrap quickly?

If you need your wrap the next day, we recommend using Royal Mail’s next day delivery service.

This costs £7 for one wrap and £9.50 for two or more wraps. In order to access this service, we need to have received your order by 2.00 pm on the day of sending - although do contact us if you wish to order later than 2.00 pm, and we’ll do our best to meet your requirements.
